No more short-term dieting, yo-yo dieting, or starting over on Monday. It is normal to fall off the wagon but it wouldn’t happen all the time if you had good habits built-in that work for YOU in your everyday life. This program is to help you build those attainable habits.

One concept I learned at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) was bio-individuality, what works for one person may not work for someone else. Throughout the program, we will figure out what works best for you and create the right habits that are sustainable for YOU!

  • Daily Structure & Routines

  • Dietary Changes:

    • Meal prep and plan routine

    • Limit/swap/avoid certain foods 

  • Habits according to your menstrual cycle for: 

    • Exercising

    • Productivity

    • Skincare

    • Self-care

    • Diet
