A guide to help you understand your menstrual cycle, improve your menstrual health, and cycle sync so you can align your life to your cycle!
NOTE: This guide is meant for women who DO NOT struggle with acne, beside the occasional breakout. If you struggle with acne and want to learn about menstrual health, Clear Skin Essentials would better for you. The menstrual health information in both guides are the SAME. If you have already purchased Clear Skin Essentials, do NOT buy this guide!
What is included?
This is a 62 page guide that teaches you about your menstrual cycle and how to improve your menstrual health. (Your menstrual cycle is more than just your period, it is the whole cycle from the beginning of your period to the day before your next period.)
To help you apply the information given, I included a few practical assignments throughout the guide.
There are four parts in this guide:
Part 2 - Your Infradian Rhythm: You'll learn the important basics of your menstrual cycle to be able to understand your body and cycle better.
Disclaimer: The information in this section is not intended to be used to plan or prevent pregnancies. Nor is it about the Fertility Awareness Method or how to track ovulation as a form of birth control.
Part 2 - Improving Your Menstrual Health: General guidelines on how to improve your menstrual health, eliminate PMS (bloating, mood swings, acne, etc.), and reduce/eliminate period pain, so you can always experience a normal and healthy cycle! These tips go over the main pillars that are necessary for good menstrual health that you just cannot supplement your way to.
Disclaimer: The information in this section is NOT intended to directly treat PCOS, endometriosis, PMDD, etc. this is purely for educational purposes.
Part 3 - Cycle Syncing: You’ll learn how to change certain things in your life to align better with your cycle, like workouts, skincare, sleep, slight diet changes, etc.
Part 4 - Action Steps: A list of practical action steps to take to achieve your health goals that I recommend throughout the guide, so you get more out of this guide than just information!
Why is this guide unique?
In this guide, I give you the information needed to understand your menstrual cycle and improve your menstrual health, but I always emphasize paying attention to your own body, looking for patterns, and changes in yourself throughout your cycle. The reason I do this is so you can cultivate the ability to listen to your body so you can take care of it properly for the rest of your life.
Your body is always communicating with you, but you drown out that connection by listening to everyone else about how to live and how to take care of yourself. The reason you even need guidance now is because you fell off track. So, I provide some general guidelines for you to be able to get back on track, but after that your body will be able to properly guide you. Without proper nourishment your body will give you mixed signals because it thinks you are restricted in what you have access to.
If you choose not to eat any sources of animal protein (eggs, fish, dairy, or meat) you will crave and eat a lot of avocados and/or nut butters because they are the highest nutrient-dense foods you eat. But once you start introducing animal protein into your diet, avocados and nut butters will not sound appetizing at all!
Or if you don't eat properly or eat less calories you will crave chips and junk food to make up for it, but once you start nourishing yourself, your cravings for chips and junk food will disappear even if they are in your home!
When something is wrong with your lifestyle you experience issues with your menstrual health, whether that is cramps, PMS, or irregular cycles.
Having a healthy, regular, and PMS-free menstrual cycle is a HUGE sign of good health!
I learned this the hard way while trying to heal my acne. However, this knowledge changed my life and I want you to be able to change yours too. Understanding the menstrual cycle was not easy for me so I wanted to create this guide to help you understand it with much more ease!
