Favorite Chocolate Shake

Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1 cup goat milk (or milk of choice)
1 Tbsp of collagen (I like Hearthy Foods, it's halal & grass-fed!)
1 frozen ripe banana
2-3 Medjool dates
1 1/2 - 2 Tbsp cacao powder (depends on how chocolatey you want it)
a couple of dashes of cinnamon
a tiny pinch of pink Himalayan salt (optional)
1 heaping Tbsp of nut butter (peanut or almond)
a handful of ice (if banana isn't frozen)
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth. Adjust to taste, if needed. Enjoy!
