Favorite Chocolate Shake

Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1 cup goat milk
1 serving (2 scoops) of protein powder (I like unsweetened plain goat whey protein powder from brands Naked or Mt. Capra)
1 frozen ripe banana
1 1/2 - 2 Tbsp cacao powder (depends on how chocolate-y you want it)
1/2-1 Tbsp of maple syrup (to taste)
a couple of dashes of cinnamon
a pinch of salt (Redmond Real Salt or pink Himalayan)
1/2-1 Tbsp of peanut butter (to taste)
a handful of ice (optional)
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth. Adjust to taste, if needed. Enjoy!
