Maple Pecan Granola

My all-time favorite granola recipe!↓

Ingredients

3 cups rolled oats

2 cups pecans, chopped

¾ cup shredded coconut

¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar (I used coconut sugar)

¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons maple syrup

¼ cup coconut oil

2 Tbsp warm water

¾ tsp salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, coconut, and brown sugar.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine maple syrup, water, oil, and salt.

  3. Combine both mixtures and pour onto a lined sheet pan.

  4. Cook for around 45-55 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes to achieve an even color. Bake until the granola is golden brown all over.

  5. Remove from oven and leave to cool completely.

  6. Transfer into an airtight container for up to 2 months.
