Yields: 1 serving
2/3 cup of rolled oats
2/3 cup plus a bit more of milk of choice
1-2 Tbsp of yogurt (optional)
1 tsp of chia seeds
1 heaping tsp of honey, to taste
1 heaping Tbsp of unsalted peanut butter (or roasted almond butter)
a handful of fresh blueberries and strawberries
chopped almonds or walnuts (optional)
pinch of sea salt
1. In a bowl, add the milk, honey, peanut butter, and mix well.
2. Then add the rolled oats, chia seeds, salt, and mix well.
3. Top with the berries and almonds.
4. Place in the fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning!
Note: I don't recommend using frozen berries because it will get too watery.
