Chia seeds are a great source of fiber and this pudding makes a great & filling snack or breakfast!
Yields: 1 serving
3 Tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk (I used homemade almond milk)
1 Tbsp maple syrup (or coconut nectar)
Nuts & seeds
1. Add all the ingredients in a container and mix well.
2. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
3. In the morning, top your chia pudding with toppings of choice. Enjoy!
