I’m not saying skincare products are not helpful or important, but if you keep experiencing breakouts in the same place that is a sign that you need to fix the root cause of the problem instead of trying to cover it up with a product. The root cause of skin issues is usually internal but it doesn’t always have to be.

One concept I learned at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) was bio-individuality, what works for one person may not work for someone else.
